Our Goal is to provide transportation services through interactions that are fair, fast, friendly, flexible, focused and fun.
To meet our goal, here is what we do:
1) Provide a written, accurate job cost estimate (including both labour and parts)
2) Provide an accurate estimate of when the work will be completed, and notify you in advance if the promised time cannot be met.
3) Explain what method of payment is acceptable prior to beginning work on your vehicle.
4) Inspect our work for completeness and quality before releasing your vehicle to you.
5) Provide a clean, safe customer reception area and an open door policy to our workshop so that you may view your vehicle at any point during its service / repair.
6) Provide substitute transportation by appointment.
In whatever work we perform, whatever services we provide, our goal is 100% complete customer satisfaction.
