In some cases it’s more cost effective to repair your windshield rather than replace it. If you are unsure which way to go, stop in and let us have a look. Repairs can be performed while you wait.

How do you make a glass claim?

If you have ICBC or private comprehensive insurance you can bring your vehicle directly to our shop. We will handle the claims process for you, in about ten minutes. Jacobsen Collision Centre is approved by ICBC to handle most glass claims on their behalf.

We also offer complimentary pickup and delivery around the Kelowna area, as well as convenient airport drop off and storage options when flying out of town. Call us or fill out the online Glass request form.

Whether you have Private coverage or ICBC coverage we are usually able to start the claim, install the parts and have you on your way the same day.
